Refund Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026. We want you to know exactly what you are paying for and what happens if you are not satisfied.
1. Our approach
You are told the price of any service before you pay, and you must agree to it first. If you are charged for something you did not agree to, or we did not deliver, we will make it right.
2. No charge before you agree
You can end a call before agreeing to a paid service without being charged. [Confirm whether the initial consultation is free.]
3. When you are entitled to a full refund
- We charged you without your agreement, or charged more than the price you agreed.
- You were charged twice for the same service.
- We did not deliver the service you paid for.
- We could not begin the service for a reason on our side.
- A refund is required by law where you live.
4. Partial refunds
If part of the agreed service was delivered and part was not, we may refund the part not delivered. If you ask for a refund because the problem was not fixed, we will review the notes of what was done and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion [confirm policy: e.g. full refund if unresolved within X days].
5. When a refund may not apply
- The service was delivered as described, even if the underlying problem lay with your provider, a manufacturer, or a hardware fault that we identified and explained.
- Charges by third parties, such as a provider, retailer or repair shop.
- Requests made more than [30] days after the service, except where required by law.
6. How to request a refund
- Call (833) 581-4309 (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern) or write to [refund email].
- Tell us the date of service, the name and phone number used, and the amount.
- We confirm the request and may ask a few questions to find your record.
7. Timing
We aim to decide within [3] business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes [5 to 10] business days to show it.
8. Subscriptions and recurring charges
[If TKBNet offers any plan billed on a recurring basis, describe it here: the price, billing period, how to cancel by phone or online, that cancelling stops future charges, and whether the current period is refundable.] We do not enroll you in recurring billing without clear, separate consent.
9. Disputes with your bank
You can always contact your card issuer. We ask that you contact us first so we can fix a mistake quickly, and we will provide records to your issuer on request.
10. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights that you have under federal or state consumer protection law.
