Advertising Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026. This policy describes the standards that every TKBNet advertisement, landing page and call script must meet.
1. Why this policy exists
People searching for help with their internet are often frustrated and in a hurry. They should never be unsure who they are contacting. This policy sets out how we make sure of that.
2. We always say who we are
- Every ad, landing page and call opening identifies TKBNet by name.
- We state that TKBNet is an independent company and not an internet provider or a provider's official support.
- We use the real business phone number shown on our Contact page, and never mask the business behind another name.
3. No implied affiliation
- We do not use any provider's name, logo, colors, trade dress or lookalike design to suggest an affiliation.
- We do not describe ourselves as “official”, “authorized” or “the customer service number” for any company we are not.
- We do not use fake alerts, pop-ups, or warning messages about your device or connection.
4. Accurate claims
- Ads describe only services we actually provide: independent technical support for home-network equipment and general information.
- We do not promise outage fixes, account changes, bill reductions or provider-only actions.
- We disclose fees where they apply, and do not advertise “free” for paid services.
- We do not guarantee outcomes, and do not make unverifiable comparative claims.
5. Ads match landing pages
The page an ad leads to shows the same business, offer and phone number. We do not cloak, redirect visitors to different content, or show reviewers something different from visitors.
6. Targeting and keywords
We do not target searches for, or bid on, another company's brand name in a way that suggests we are that company. Where an advertising platform restricts technical-support advertising, we follow its rules, and we will not advertise on any platform or in any region where our service category is not permitted.
7. Call tracking and measurement
Where permitted and with your consent, we measure which ads lead to calls. We count a call as a useful result only if the caller's need was understood and addressed, not merely because it was long. See our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
8. Respect for callers
We do not use high-pressure tactics, false urgency or fear. Callers may end the call at any time without charge before agreeing to a paid service.
9. Partners and affiliates
Anyone who advertises for TKBNet must follow this policy. We review ads regularly, and remove any that do not comply. [Confirm whether third-party marketers are used.]
10. Report a concern
If you saw a TKBNet ad that seems misleading, call (833) 581-4309 with a screenshot or description. We investigate and respond. You can also report concerns to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Call Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern. Please know before you call: you are reaching an independent assistance service, and we will explain any fees before they apply.
