Who we are
TKBNet is an independent technical support company serving consumers in the United States. We help people get the most from the equipment in their homes: routers, modems, mesh systems, Wi-Fi and connected devices.
What we are not
We are not an internet service provider. We are not owned by, operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with any internet provider, and we do not represent any provider’s customer support. We have no access to provider accounts or systems.
Independent by design
Every page, call and ad tells you who we are and what we do, so you are never unsure who you are talking to.
